We currently have several channels to order cabs on our platform and we are working hard to expand the range of booking channels and be at the forefront nationally and internationally. The most commonly used channels are:
- Whatsapp to request immediate cab service.
- Web for cab booking.
- E-mail for both immediate service and cab reservations.
You can request a cab in KuadriCar in a simple, fast and safe way. Our platform gives you two clearly differentiated options:
- If you need a cab for “now”, that is, an immediate service, you can do it through the Whatsapp app by clicking on the corresponding place, filling in the data requested and in a few minutes a vehicle will come to pick you up at the place you indicate.
- If what you need is to book a cab for a specific day, you just have to click on the Need to book a cab button, fill in the reservation data and the day and time requested, you will have the car waiting where you requested.
It’s as simple as that.
Of course. You can cancel your reservation at any time by simply requesting it and your reservation will be cancelled without any problem or additional cost.
For immediate services you can cancel the service during the process through the Whatsapp app by simply typing the word CANCEL followed by the reservation number.
For cab reservations, you may cancel the service sufficiently in advance so as not to prejudice the cab driver in charge of the service.

At KuadriCar we accept both cash and credit or debit card payments. You can use the method that best suits your needs at any given time.
The fare for a trip is calculated on the basis of the cab’s taximeter, which takes into account several aspects such as a) Price per kilometer traveled b) Minimum of perception (which includes 1,500 meters) c) Price per waiting hour d) Supplements: d.1) For radio cab service d.2) For service rendered to or from airport or port facilities.
Another aspect to take into account when calculating the rates is the daytime schedule, from six o’clock to twenty-two o’clock, and the nighttime schedule, from twenty-two o’clock to six o’clock the following day.

Of course. If you are traveling with a lot of luggage, bicycle, surfboard, golf clubs, etc., just request a cab with luggage room during the cab booking process and one of our drivers will pick you up at the indicated place.
You will be able to recover any object or thing that you forgot in the cab in the shortest possible time and without any problem. You will only have to contact us so that we can locate the cab driver and agree the best way for both parties to deliver the forgotten object.
