ANNEX I: TERMS OF USE OF THE PLATFORM
Acceptance of Terms
Use of the Platform implies full and unreserved acceptance of the provisions included in these Terms, in the version published by KuadriCar at the time the User accesses the Platform.
The acceptance of these Terms is a prior and indispensable step for the use of the services provided by KuadriCar.
Registration and Access
2.1. Registration Requirements: To use the services offered by KuadriCar, Users must complete the registration process, providing true, accurate and complete information as requested in the corresponding form.
Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and password, as well as all activities that occur under their account.
3. Use of the Platform
User Conduct: Users agree to use the Platform and its services in accordance with the law, morality, public order and these Terms.
It is strictly forbidden to use the Platform for illegal purposes or effects, harmful to the rights and interests of others, or in any way damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform and services or prevent the normal use or enjoyment of the Platform by other Users.
3.2. Specific Restrictions: Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Users shall refrain from:
- Perform actions that may produce on the Platform or through it, by any means, any kind of damage to KuadriCar’s systems or to third parties.
- To carry out without due authorization any type of advertising or commercial information directly or covertly, to send mass mailings (“spamming”) or to send large messages with the purpose of blocking network servers.
4. Intellectual and Industrial Property
All the content of the Platform, including, without limitation, texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, as well as its graphic design and source codes, constitute a work whose property belongs to KuadriCar, without any of the exploitation rights over them being understood to be transferred to the User beyond what is strictly necessary for the correct use of the Platform.
5. Modifications to the Terms
KuadriCar reserves the right to modify, at any time, the presentation and configuration of the Platform, as well as these Terms.
Users will always have these Terms available in a visible place, freely accessible for any queries they may wish to make.
7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain.
KuadriCar and the User agree to submit any dispute that may arise from the provision of the products or services subject to these Terms, to the courts and tribunals of the User’s domicile.

1.1. Data Provided by Users: KuadriCar collects personal data that Users provide when registering on the Platform, including, but not limited to, name, email address, telephone number and location data.
